Cathy Wilson

Cathy has lived in Stoke-on-Trent for most of her life. Having always worked with children and families, Cathy’s journey begun with studying nursery nursing at Cauldon College. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles, including headteacher, before moving into Sure Start and later working across several local authorities as a Family Support Manager. She is thrilled to be working with the team at Thrive at Five. Connecting with families and being part of an organisation that listens and responds is what has drawn her to her current role in Parental and Community Outreach.
