Peter Rodgers

Peter is a father of two, one of which is just nine months old. He has always lived within the Cleveland area, so the appeal of working for the betterment of his own community was the driving influence in him joining Thrive at Five. Peter’s working life began in construction but transitioned to business administration.

Prior to joining Thrive at Five, Peter worked within the benefits sector for ten years, predominantly within the complaints section, his last role being Client Relations Team Manager.
