Ailsa Dinsdale

Ailsa has lived in the North East all her life and has over 20 years’ teaching experience. She began her career as a travel agent, but after becoming a mum knew she wanted to make a real difference. She retrained as a nursery nurse before obtaining a degree in Early Childhood Studies at Durham University and then a Primary PGCE. Ailsa was the Early Years Lead in school and enjoyed creating nurturing environments, supporting staff and helping children get the best start. She is passionate about helping families thrive, whatever their starting point.
