Location: This role is school based across the Thrive at Five wards of South Bank, Grangetown, Eston, Kirkleatham and Dormanstown in Redcar and Cleveland in partnership with Galileo Multi Academy Trust, The Innovation Centre, Vienna Court, Redcar, TS10 5SH.
Salary: £29,000- £31,000 term time only
Employment Type: Fixed term for two years; term time.

Purpose of the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting local schools, early years settings and staff with delivering intervention programmes such as Wellcomm and Early Talk Boost.
· Promoting approaches that help parents and carers support communication, language, learning and school readiness at home.
· Evaluating the effectiveness of the project. You will keep detailed records and collate data to inform the evaluation process. You will confidently highlight any issues and work with Thrive at Five and the project schools to find dynamic proven solutions.

· A strong understanding of early childhood development.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· The ability to communicate effectively and confidently with different groups of people.
· Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
